Strengths: These speaker stands are attractive, sturdy, and hide the wire going to the speaker. The assembly is simple and well documented. The price is very reasonable. The packaging was very well done.
Weakness: The material of construction is MDF and if you were careless during the assembly of the product, you could possibly do damage to the screw holes.
The is a very good product and I rate it highly. They hold my speakers at a perfect level for watching TV programming. The sounds from the speaker to not attenutate into the stands and they are attractive.
Strengths: Very nice looking speaker stands, stands nicely conceal wires, although made from MDF the stands are quite sturdy and easy to assemble
Weakness: Self-adhesive isolating pads meant to be "stuck" on the corners of the top face of the stand (i.e., the face of the stand on which the speaker rests) do not stay in place and need to be glued.
Well worth the price. My clumsy wires are now neatly organized and the living room looks far better than before. I was worried that my relatively large speakers (2.5 ft ht x 10in depth - about 18lbs) would not be sufficiently balanced on these stands, but they are and now stand tall and perfect. I really think that speaker stands should be atleast this height to reach the level of someone...
Strengths: Good looks, easy to assemble, great price.
Weakness: Triangular pads that the speakers set on are useless.
With a tight budget, I purchased these stands because of the price. I have been very happy with them. They look nice in my set up and I can't imagine more expensive stands looking any better. Assembly was easy. The only complaint I have is with the triangular pads the speakers set on. They are flimsy and the adhesive is poor. I bought some self adhesive cork pads for $1.59 and they worked great....
Strengths: Price, Size, Looks
Weakness: Materials
As others have said, they are good stands for the money, just need to be careful putting them together. They are made out of particleboard and if you miss with one of the screws you can split the legs trying to attach them. Other than that they have no problem holding and balancing my JBL bookshelf speakers which are about 11" x 11" x 16".
Strengths: Easy assembly. Sturdy. Nice looking
Weakness: Gap in the front. Hole for speaker wire on the top.
They look good. They do the job they were intended for well. I bought them to go with a new Onkyo surround system. I would suggest taller ones. I also bought a pair of 31" stands and use those for my front surrounds instead. I have a room with one 3 and a half walls, and I now use the 2 24" stands stacked for the one surround speaker with nowhere to hang. I took a piece of black felt an glued it...
Strengths: Very sturdy with wide base, nice wire hiding down the back
Weakness: There is a small gap in the front that you can see in to, the speaker wire hole on the base is not the same as the one up top.
Raising my rear surround sound speakers has made such a significant difference in my home theater. I can honestly compare it to adding a subwoofer, it really completes the experience. With my Polk (R15s i think) speakers, they fit perfectly and look fantastic. I believe the speaker stands are actually pictured on the box with those speakers.
Strengths: Sturdy, inexpensive, solid quality, sleek
Weakness: Mild difficulty with assembly of base pins. The push pin circumfrence was bigger than the pre-drilled holes in the base plate. Had to make the holes slightly bigger with drill bit.
Definitely a good buy. Made well out of dense, heavy, quality fiber board. I like the way the wires are hidden within the stand. Contrary to other reviews, I think the "grabber tabs" that stick on the top platform work just fine. I actually stuck them to the base of the speakers and not the stand itself. The push pins that the base actually sits on did not fit properly. I got them to work but was...
Strengths: price, apperance, and sturdiness
Weakness: none at this price level.
for this price, these speaker stands are just as good as the ones they sell at CC or local retail stores at 60+ dollars. i put my polk rti6 on those and it looks nice, and sturdy. definitely worth the price!

Decent product for the price
Strengths: Inexpensive, functional, easy to assemble
Weakness: Online product images fail to show how big the front gap really is
I was shopping for some inexpensive speakers stands for my media room and came upon these. They are pretty easy to assemble and look pretty good, however be aware that online images of the stands fail to show there is a pretty sizable gap in the front between the 2 vertical wood pieces. It's alleviated somewhat by the black plastic wire panel that slips in at the back of the stand.
