Strengths: beautiful photo prints
Weakness: takes way too long, won't print envelopes, too big, too many bells & tunes & happy little whistles telling me it isn't doing what it's supposed to.
I'm returning this piece of junk and NEVER buying an HP product again. This is a slow, noisy, persnickety machine. It refuses to print envelopes, and the support I got from HP doesn't correct the problem. The machine is constantly moving, hissing, clicking and chiming when there is NOTHING GOING ON. Problems with Photo Paper Feeder
Strengths: At first appeared to have no problems. Prints fast and created good quality photo printing.
Weakness: Less than 3 months old and paper jamms repeatedly and now photo paper feeder doesn't feed paper.
After repeated problems with a previous HP printer I swore that I would never buy another one but this unit had excellant features and I decided to give them another chance. Now after only 3 months of very light use I am having repeated paper jams and the photo paper tray with now feed in HP photo paper of any kind. so far the most versitle printer ever has all the features you could ask fo(i know it took me 6 months to replace my epson allin one). cant be beat for inkjet in my opinion. i was very fortunate to find this on sale. ps most stores list this as the photosmart premuim!!!!

Strengths: None
Weakness: Extremely low quality in almost everything. Poorly engineered and poor mechanical quality.
As soon as I bought the product, it became evident that it couldn't scan documents at all.
