HDMI Video with Analog Audio NOT SUPPORTED
Strengths: Nice picture, nice audio, component video still available with analaog audio
Weakness: Not as backwards compatible as advertised, Panasonic support for their products is very poor
Bought for use with a HDMI 1.1 TV and receiver with no HDMI inputs (the backwards compatibility part - this is over $5K worth of AV equipment). Analog audio output does not work when the video is connected via HDMI, spent hours with panasonic tech support (4 calls) on this issue with no resolution. Seems that no one there understands that if a receiver has no HDMI inputs, then you can't connect...
